Guest Conductor Jim Stephenson on Music and Community

This November, we’re thrilled to have Lake Forest composer and resident Jim Stephenson as our guest conductor. Jim’s connections to the community run deep, and in addition to leading the LFCO’s November 9th “Symphonic Cascade” concert, he’ll lead the orchestra in a premiere of his new piece, “Bravo!”, written in honor of Gene and Pat Sikorovsky and their vision to support music in Waukegan, Illinois. Jim is featured in the latest edition of Forest and Bluff magazine.
